Edendork Vs Kildress – 2012 Tyrone GAA ACL Division 1

On Sunday afternoon, Edendork took on Kildress in the Tyrone ACL Division 1 relegation play-off tie, the losing side facing automatic relegation to Division 2 football next year.

After a close battle for 60 minutes, Edendork came from one point behind at half time to level the scoreline at FT resulting in extra time in the fading light and it was Edendork that pulled away during the added period thanks to a magnificent scoring tally of 10 points coming from the boot of Darren Mc Curry. Congrats to them on maintaining their Division 1 status for 2013.

Full time score; Edendork 0-20 Kildress 1-12.

I originally intended to stay only for the first half of the game and then nip over to Coalisland for the second half of the Division 1 league semi-final between Coalisland and Omagh but unfortunately an ignorant driver blocked my car and six others in with his selfish parking so that didn’t happen, despite being asked to move it over the tannoy system.

However, below are a few snaps from Edendork.
