Coalisland Vs Dromore (Reserves)

Saturday saw the Tyrone Senior reserve championship final take place in Galbally between Coalisland na Fianna and Dromore. The weather on Saturday was pretty awful with constant rain that was blowing across the field and into my lens covering the glass which obviously doesn’t make great photos – you can see how grey of a day it was from the pictures below.

Due to the colour clash of the two teams, Coalisland kept their traditional blue jerseys while Dromore kitted out in their ‘away’ yellow kit. A Fianna supporter told me that their senior reserves  form hadn’t been great all year but they did make it to the final.

Dromore took a commanding lead in the first half and went in 2-05 to 0-06 at half time. It was a poor second half, made no better by the conditions, and there were few scores. Dromore held onto their lead and became Senior Reserve champions 2011 on a final scoreline of 2-08 to 0-09.

Can their senior team do the same next weekend!?

Below are a few photos from the game.
